Privacy Policy

Account sign-in uses your email and authentication credentials; social sign-in can also provide a basic profile. You may store a display name, age, gender, height, current and target weight, activity, diet, region and selected health goal.

When you choose to save a plan, the app stores that profile, meal plan, swaps and logged food amounts in your account. Payment recovery records include payment and order references, amount, currency and confirmation status.

With your agreement, a plate photo and/or meal description is sent to our AI processing service to identify foods and estimate nutrition. Avoid including faces, documents or unnecessary personal information. The app does not store the uploaded photo in your saved plan; reviewed dish names, portions, nutrient estimates and uncertainty notes are retained when you explicitly save your diary.

AI estimates are not measured nutrition values and may misidentify food, portions or ingredients. Review and correct them before logging. Service processing is subject to applicable provider privacy terms; no unapproved retention promise is made.

Profile details calculate your nutrition estimates. Saved meals and diary changes allow you to retrieve the same plan later. Payment records confirm which saved plan was purchased and help investigate access problems.

Your selected health goal and body measurements may be sensitive. Avoid including unnecessary medical information in your display name or support emails.

Our hosted service powers account sign-in and saved-plan storage. Stripe handles checkout. Google processes its own sign-in flow when you choose that option. The app stores sign-in session information in your browser; a saved paid entitlement is checked against account payment records, not a browser-only unlock.

Payment credentials are entered in Stripe checkout, not in the nutrition forms. Do not share passwords, card credentials or UPI PINs with support.

Saving nutrition details is optional; the free calculator can be used without an account. You can update your display name and save changes to your plan from your account. Email Hello@indiandiet.in to request correction, deletion or information about your stored data.

Retention periods, legal operator details and any applicable data-processing terms still require owner confirmation. No unapproved retention or regulatory-compliance promise is made here.
